After retiring with over thirty years of teaching experience between Oakton College and Roosevelt University, Ron has returned to his law enforcement roots and has been handpicked to become the corporation Vice President.  

As a Distinguished Professor of Management and Chairperson of the Business Programs at Oakton College, research, data analysis, and problem-solving skills were regular components of the job.  

His undergraduate degree is in Criminal Justice from the University of Illinois at Chicago and he has an earned Masters degree in Management from Webster University.  He has an additional 42 hours of relevant graduate credit.  

With over ten years of experience in hotel management, Ron has been responsible for overseeing security at several Chicago Area hotels.  

He has taught Security and Loss Prevention classes for the Hotel and Restaurant Industries on multiple occasions and has been an expert witness on that subject.

Ron has public law enforcement experience working with the Village of Niles (Illinois) Police Department and the Maricopa County (Arizona) Sheriffs Office.
